With over 25 years in the industry, Linda has put her marketing/PR skills to work, partnering with leading brands like Procter & Gamble, the PGA Tour, Andersen Windows and Macy's.
With a wide range of management and creative experience, Mike Dektas brings award-winning creativity to every Creative Storm account. Having received numerous awards for marketing as well as PR campaigns, Mike has created results for major clients for over 30 years. His energy and enthusiasm for marketing & PR is seen in initiatives for Pepto-Bismol, Delta Airlines, American Savings Bank, Andersen Windows, LaRosa’s, Gold Star Chili and many others. Above all else, Mike enjoys teaming with clients to develop effective programs. The industry has recognized Mike, awarding him the AAF Medal for leading marketing executive of the year. Mike’s community involvement includes past Board Member of the Sara K. Weston Fund, winner of International ADDY Best of Show award. Mike has also served in the past as Chairman of the Board United Way Speech and Hearing Center and Board Member of the National Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.

A creative, intuitive, people-driven professional, Cynthia has over 25 years experience with Supplier Diversity, Community Relations and Diversity Training. Formerly the Director of Diversity for Macy’s, Cynthia headed up community and inclusion relationships, directing an annual budget of $4.35 million. Cynthia’s experience includes administering successful supplier-diversity programs, negotiating contracts with women-owned/minority businesses, and has exceeded goals working with Inclusion Managers across the county.
She’s a conceptual thinker. Jenn is an expert designer, creating concepts and writing content. Jenn Dwyer puts the finishing touch on the client’s image. Recognized and awarded for her brand identity logo designs, as well as community public service marketing, Jenn is an invaluable team member to Creative Storm clients. When asked what’s important with the “look” of the work, Jenn puts it best…“keeping clients looking fresh, cutting edge, and up-to-date.”
With over 25 years of broadcast experience, Michel Keidel brings motion and graphics to Creative Storm clients, through video production. A knowledgeable producer, Michel’s portfolio includes TV commercials for LaRosa’s, Skyline Chili, Fifth Third Bank and many more. His credentials also include business video for Horter Investment Management, Procter & Gamble and others. Radio and sound production is also a discipline Michel supervises.
