The Music Resource Center (MRC) offers programs to under-served teens in urban neighborhoods. MRC partnered with Creative Storm to create an ad campaign directed to inner city youth, offering music studios for these teens to record their artistic ideas. Creative Storm created an urban music sound. Urban graphic-themed posters were used in an outreach marketing approach in the neighborhoods. The center receives the support of many of the Tri-State's leading corporations. Without the help of MRC, many of these inner city teens might end up in trouble situations.
