Rebranding a re-launch of a leading master-planned community

The master-planned community of Vista Pointe at River’s Bend was going through a rebranding. The developer wanted to get a “fresh new look” out to homeowner prospects. Vista Pointe, along with their real estate executives, partnered with Creative Storm to create a new look for the Vista Pointe logo, reflecting the leadership of this upscale lifestyle golf community.

The new Vista Pointe website was created to offer responsive interactivity for interested homebuyers. Visitors to the site can view available homesites on an interactive site plan, discover the unique amenities of the community, including Ohio’s only TPC PGA Tour golf course facility, and much more. A blog page brings home dimension on how people feel about this master-planned community. Inquiries are forwarded to the Vista Pointe professionals for followup. A responsive website, the Creative Storm programming allows the site to “fit to page” on all formats: computers, tablets, and smartphones.

Updated signage reflecting the new branding

Onsite signage carried through the new re-branding look. Easy, quick communication is achieved with highlighted number of homesites available, amenities and pricing, and contact information for the real estate professionals representing the community…all tied together with the new Vista Pointe bold contrasting color design. Roadside amenity signs lead prospects into the neighborhood, each highlighting a benefit of living in this TPC PGA Tour master-planned community.
